Introduction:
The Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification is a recently introduced credential by PMI. It validates the skills of professionals who manage multiple interconnected projects (programs) aligned with an organization's strategy. The need for program management standards was identified during the development of PMI's Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3®), which examines project, program, and portfolio management practices comprehensively.
