Introduction:
The Quality Management course focuses on integrating project quality management processes into the overall project plan and execution. Participants learn about the evolution of product and project quality and gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience with the three PMI Quality Management Processes. Quality Planning is discussed and practiced as an integral part of project planning, while Process-based Quality Assurance is explored through hands-on exercises using a team case study. Product-based Quality Control is taught through case study analysis and discussion exercises. The course emphasizes the paradigm of "Quality is planned in, not inspected in," highlighting the importance of Quality Assurance over Quality Control.
