Introduction:

This course empowers participants to optimize resource management through driving resources, resource curves, hierarchical resources, resource profiles/tables, and resource leveling. Attendees will gain proficiency in utilizing resource calendars for planning and control, as well as generating status reports through rich text format. The course includes hands-on workshops that enable participants to develop, update, and track resources and costs effectively.

Developing the coding structure

Calculating a schedule by manually creating a target

Use resource profile/tables for “what if” analysis
Define hierarchical and driving resources
