Six Sigma Green and Black Belts Course
Introduction:
Six Sigma is a holistic approach to quality that encompasses a philosophy, a process for improvement, and a metric for measuring quality. It is designed to align with an organization's business and operating culture, enabling the establishment and achievement of ambitious goals. By implementing Six Sigma principles, companies can enhance both the satisfaction and delight of their customers. An essential aspect of Six Sigma is addressing and minimizing variation, which can occur in service, manufacturing, and sales/marketing processes.
To achieve Six Sigma performance, it is crucial to understand and reduce this variation. Measurement and statistical analysis play a pivotal role in the success of a Six Sigma program. Throughout the course, participants will explore the Six Sigma process and its integration with the Lean Production System. The training is highly interactive, providing delegates with the opportunity to engage in a business simulation process. By applying their newly acquired knowledge, participants will gain practical experience in approaching Six Sigma performance levels.
